The Bailey Group is seeking a Principal Consultant in Minneapolis to lead business development, build client relationships, and grow a practice within an established firm. You will leverage your network and reputation to generate new revenue while managing ongoing client accounts and representing the firm publicly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Significant experience selling complex, relationship-based leadership development.
• Proven track record of generating substantial revenue through relationships.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through your personal network, affiliations, and reputation.
• Own the sales process from first conversation through close, understanding client needs deeply.
• Manage and grow a personal book of client accounts (~$300k first year, growing to $700k+/year).
• Represent The Bailey Group at events and build a strong pipeline in Salesforce.
