• Significant experience selling complex, relationship-based leadership development.
• Proven track record generating substantial annual book of business.
• Strong executive presence with credibility with C-suite leaders.
• Comfort with autonomy and remote/flexible work; self-management.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through your personal network, affiliations, and reputation.
• Own the sales process from first conversation through close, understanding client needs.
• Serve as ongoing relationship manager for closed accounts; manage a personal book.
• Develop a qualified pipeline and report on activity, win rates, and progress.
