Job summary

Lancaster Bible College is seeking a Presidential Fellow to join the President's Office on the Lancaster Campus, PA. This highly selective leadership-development fellowship develops presidential preparation, strategic research, and relationship engagement with occasional travel.

The Fellow reports to the Executive Assistant & Senior Advisor to the President and supports the President on projects, priorities, and fellowship objectives, including executive briefing materials and strategic

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Recent graduate or emerging professional preferred.
Interest in higher education, leadership, research or communications.
Experience researching, analyzing information, and communicating findings.

Responsibilities

Presidential Preparation: research meetings and prepare briefing materials.
Presidential Engagement and Strategic Support: accompany the President to events and manage introductions.
Strategic Research and Executive Insights: monitor trends affecting LBC and higher education.
Presidential Follow-Through: document follow-ups and action items.
President's Office Collaboration: coordinate preparation, events, and travel.
Institutional Voice and Thought Leadership: support external conversations and thought leadership.
Fellowship and Leadership Development: engage in mentoring and leadership growth.
Other Responsibilities: attend events and travel as needed.
