Qualifications

• Advanced degree in leadership, educational administration or other relevant field.
• 10 years’ growth in senior leadership roles, with 5 years minimum in senior leadership.
• Experience with governance, strategy, budgeting, and organizational assessment.
• Experience with online education and urban education settings is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Execution: coordinate governance and organizational restructuring efforts.
• Institutional Alignment: communicate and implement Cabinet decisions across departments.
• Organizational Culture: strengthen People & Culture and employee engagement.
• Leadership Development & Succession: lead development programs and succession planning.
• Institutional Planning & Effectiveness: oversee strategic plan implementation and data-driven decisions.
