Qualifications

• Advanced degree in leadership, educational administration or similar field.
• Doctoral education preferred and supported.
• 10 years of senior leadership growth experience (5 years minimum).
• Experience in strategic management and organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Support governance and organizational restructuring efforts.
• Coordinate presidential initiatives requiring cross-department leadership.
• Ensure priorities move from vision to implementation.
• Lead cross-department collaboration and accountability.
• Oversee Institutional Planning & Effectiveness and strategy execution.
• Communicate cabinet decisions and align actions across units.
• Develop leadership and succession programs across the college.
• Foster a Christ-centered workplace culture and engagement.
• Provide strategic leadership to advance mission and priorities.
