Job summary

Lancaster Bible College is seeking a Presidential Fellow to work with the President’s Office on presidential preparation, strategic research, and relationship engagement. The Fellow will produce concise briefing materials, support executive engagements, and conduct research on higher education, faith, and culture.

This developmental fellowship offers exposure to executive leadership, governance, and external relations, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; emerging professionals encouraged to apply.
• Experience in research, analysis, and clear communication of findings.
• Interest in higher education, leadership, research, ministry, communications, public affairs, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Prepare concise presidential briefing materials with context, background, and discussion topics.
• Support presidential meetings, events, and external engagements.
• Conduct ongoing strategic research on higher education, faith, culture, and society.
• Develop executive insight briefs on trends, opportunities, and risks for the President.
• Coordinate follow-through and track responsibilities from meetings and engagements.
• Collaborate with President's Office and College departments while maintaining confidentiality.
• Contribute to Lancaster Bible College's external voice and thought leadership.
• Participate in mentorship and leadership development opportunities.
