Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline.
• Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• International Coaching Federation PCC credential required.
• Requires five (4) years in program management, preferably in a healthcare or leadership development context.
• Understanding of adult learning principles, coaching methodologies, and leadership development best practices.

• Deliver confidential, customized coaching engagements tailored to individual leader goals, challenges, and development areas
• Build trust-based relationships grounded in professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality
• Partner with leaders to define clear, measurable goals and develop actionable strategies to achieve them
• Facilitate self-awareness and reflection to enhance leadership effectiveness and behavioral insight
• Hold leaders accountable for commitments and progress, providing ongoing support and constructive feedback
• Manage the leadership coach community guidelines and best practices
• Support the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide coaching and leadership development programs aligned with organizational goals; including PDCC, Coach Training Academy, and related curricula
