Job summary

Weyerhaeuser Magnolia, MS is seeking high-potential leaders for the Senior Development Program (SDP), a 12-18 month Accelerated Leadership program preparing future Plant and Operations leaders. You'll gain exposure to safety and reliability processes in a wood products manufacturing environment, work on site-level initiatives, and develop skills in capital planning and execution.

The program offers executive mentorship, regional forums, and a tailored development plan with clear succession

Qualifications

• 5-8 years working experience with 4-5 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in business, engineering, forestry or related discipline
• Proven track record of leading teams, managing change, and delivering results.
• Ability to implement and drive operational and strategic initiatives.
• Must be willing to travel and relocate for high-priority assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects that drive innovation, operational excellence, and cultural transformation.
• Partner with site leadership to identify and implement strategic priorities.
• Participate in regional and business level forums and present outcomes to business leaders.
• Develop and execute an individual development plan aligned with business level and site level goals.
• Build people leadership skills.
