Qualifications

• Significant progressive experience leading executive development or enterprise talent development initiatives.
• Experience advising executive leaders and executive HR stakeholders on leadership capability development.

Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise strategy for executive and leadership development programs across multiple tracks.
• Design differentiated development pathways for People Leadership and Expert Leadership tracks.
• Build a connected leadership ecosystem aligning development, succession readiness, and enterprise priorities.
• Partner with senior leaders and HR to translate future capability requirements into scalable solutions.
• Lead integration of coaching, assessments, sponsorship, mentoring, and action learning into journeys.
• Establish partnerships with external coaches, universities, and thought leaders to deliver experiences.
• Leverage data and portfolio metrics to improve program effectiveness and value.
• Advance AI-enabled development solutions to personalize learning and impact.
