You will own the commercial strategy, lead the team, and partner with an international executive leadership group to shape growth and profitability. The role offers relocation assistance and an incentive compensation structure tied to business growth, with a Midwest-based, NDA-required arrangement.

Qualifications

• Deep experience within pressure, level, flow instrumentation.
• Commercial and sales leadership in a technical manufacturing environment.
• Experience with OEM customers and strategic accounts.
• Experience leading teams with broad business responsibility beyond sales.
• Comfortable working strategically and hands-on.
• Experience with an international executive leadership team or board.
• P&L responsibility and driving growth and profitability.

Responsibilities
