Qualifikationen

• MBA/MHA or equivalent healthcare admin qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
• Experience leading quality, patient safety and accreditation programs.

Aufgaben

• Lead the quality, patient safety, infection prevention, and accreditation programs across the Bassett Healthcare Network.
• Drive strategic planning, direction, and operational management for quality initiatives.
• Coordinate performance measurement, reporting, and improvement across the enterprise.
• Oversight of risk management and patient grievance data with cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop and implement education programs related to risk, safety, and compliance.
