Qualifications

• RN licensed in NY with BSN required.

Responsibilities

• Lead organization-wide quality and patient safety initiatives to eliminate preventable patient harm and improve outcomes.
• Direct deployment of evidence-based improvement methodologies (PDSA, Lean, Six Sigma, IHI).
• Oversee RCA2, FMEA, and clinical risk assessments to support Just Culture and safety.
• Manage departmental budgets and staffing, and coordinate with executive leadership on priorities and metrics.
• Support regulatory readiness with Joint Commission, CMS, and state authorities.
