Job summary

Lifepoint Health is seeking an executive to lead enterprise recruitment and contracting for physicians, APPs, and providers under professional services agreements. You will align workforce planning with growth, patient access, and care delivery, while scaling recruitment and onboarding across multiple markets.

You will supervise geographically dispersed teams, set governance standards, and collaborate with legal, finance, and operations to ensure compliant, competitive contracting and onboarding

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Health Administration or related field.
• Professional certification in healthcare preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare provider recruitment and operations.
• 5+ years leading multi-site provider recruitment and contracting teams.
• Experience in integrated health systems or multi-market healthcare organizations.
• Proven track record in recruiting physicians and APPs across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise recruitment and contracting strategies for healthcare providers.
• Provide executive leadership for physician and APP recruitment teams.
• Develop scalable models, governance frameworks, and onboarding standards.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and operating leaders on contract development and negotiations.
• Monitor onboarding, retention, and performance while driving workforce analytics.
