Job summary

The Nemasket Group seeks an experienced Chief Program Officer to join the Executive Leadership Team. The CPO will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across all programmatic services, guiding growth, quality, and workforce development to deliver person-centered supports for individuals with disabilities and their families.

As a member of the executive team, you will oversee service divisions, drive accreditation and funding compliance, and mentor senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Human Services, Social Work, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Psychology, Rehabilitation, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in human services, healthcare, or nonprofit management.
• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or related populations.
• Strong knowledge of program management, quality assurance, compliance, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for all service divisions and quality management functions.
• Partner with the CEO on strategic planning, organizational growth, and leadership development.
• Ensure compliance with DDS, licensing, accreditation, and funding requirements.
• Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives and monitor program outcomes.
• Supervise and mentor senior program leaders and division directors.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and excellence.
• Represent The Nemasket Group with community partners, funding agencies, and stakeholders.
