Job summary

Gate Gourmet, a gategroup company, seeks an experienced senior leader to oversee NA lounge operations and guest experience across multiple airports. You will drive hospitality standards, partner with airlines and authorities, and mentor regional teams to deliver exceptional service.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, operations excellence, safety, and cost control while maintaining brand integrity and guest satisfaction across all lounges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or equivalent.
• Six years of progressive management experience in luxury hospitality or premium operations.
• Experience managing premium airport lounges or VIP hospitality environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across NA lounge portfolio.
• Lead Lounge Managers and regional teams to ensure hospitality standards.
• Drive guest-experience initiatives and maintain brand compliance.
• Collaborate with airline partners, airport authorities and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee pre-opening activities, transitions and new lounge openings.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost efficiency while sustaining service excellence.
