Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 7+ years in wind energy, power generation, or related field.
• Proven leadership and team development experience in renewables.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of wind turbine engineers for the Americas fleet.
• Provide technical leadership for complex turbine troubleshooting and reliability issues.
• Lead RCA investigations and ensure corrective actions address root causes.
• Translate analysis into practical field solutions with Operations teams.
• Set technical priorities based on risk, availability impact, and failures.
• Guide engineering best practices and fleet-wide improvements.
