Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta seeks an accomplished Vice President of Surgical Services to provide executive leadership across all perioperative operations. You will partner with Surgeons in Chief and clinical leaders to translate system strategy into actionable priorities, oversee workforce planning, and drive quality, safety, and financial performance across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
• Experience leading surgical, perioperative, or complex clinical operations across multiple sites or service lines.
• Proven ability to develop workforce strategies and manage large teams.

Responsibilities

• Provides executive leadership for surgical and perioperative operations across hospitals and centers.
• Partners with medical chiefs and leaders to translate system strategy into surgical services priorities.
• Develops and executes growth, access, and capacity strategies for system-wide surgical services.
• Ensures alignment with financial targets, patient safety, and quality metrics.
• Leads talent management, staffing, and workforce planning for Surgical Services.
• Oversees capitals, budgeting, forecasting, and program investments with ROI focus.
