Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a health-related field and at least six years of managerial experience in hospital, health or mental health administration.
• Preferred licensure: clinical social worker, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, or clinical psychologist.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise CRMHC's clinical and administrative leadership team; monitor service utilization and productivity.
• Ensure quality care for Greater Hartford populations and DMHAS targets; develop performance standards.
