Job summary

Gabriel Group is seeking a President of Maintenance to lead the maintenance division and set strategic direction across IME branches in Texas. The role focuses on driving performance, profitability, and accountability within a multi-branch organization.

The President of Maintenance will collaborate with the executive team, develop both short- and long-term goals, mentor leaders, and promote a culture aligned with the company’s values. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of senior leadership in the landscaping industry.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Willing to travel to different branch locations across Texas.

Responsibilities

• Formulate strategic planning for the maintenance department to maximize return and minimize risk.
• Develop long-term and short-term strategic goals for each IME branch and the IME department as a whole.
• Establish goals, priorities and objectives for business development and increasing market share of each branch.
• Measure performance of each branch against set goals and create a culture of accountability.
• Provide mentorship and development to maintenance team members to enhance performance.
• Oversee the maintenance department's profit and loss and report status and outlook to ownership.
