Qualifications

• At least five years of related leadership experience in landscaping or a similar field.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Willing to travel to different branch locations across Texas.
• Proficiency with Aspire is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term and short-term strategic goals for each IME branch and department.
• Establish goals, priorities and objectives for business development and market share.
• Measure branch performance against goals and create accountability culture.
• Collaborate with accounting and HR to establish reporting, project controls, financial controls, and employee relations.
• Mentor and develop maintenance team members in management, leadership, and communication.
• Oversee department profit and loss and report to ownership.
• Serve on the Executive Team and align culture with company values.
• Manage multi-site maintenance operations and drive continuous improvement.
