Job summary

Maldonado Nursery & Landscaping Inc. seeks a strategic President of Maintenance to guide the IME (Irrigation, Maintenance and Enhancement) branches toward growth and profitability. You will set long- and short-term goals, drive operational excellence, work with accounting and HR on reporting and controls, and report to the executive team.

You will mentor senior staff, foster a culture aligned with the company''s values and mission, and travel across Texas as needed to oversee multiple branches.

Qualifications

• Five years or more of senior leadership experience required.
• Valid Driver's License; willing to travel across Texas.
• Industry certifications and licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term and short-term strategic goals for IME branches and department as a whole.
• Establish goals, priorities and objectives for business development and market share growth.
• Measure performance and create accountability culture across branches.
• Collaborate with accounting and HR to establish reporting, controls and employee relations systems.
• Mentor and develop maintenance team members in management, project management and leadership skills.
• Oversee department profit and loss and report progress to ownership and executive team.
