Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President, Strategy Lead within the Access & Affordability team to guide business thought leadership, optimize products and programs, and manage regulatory risk while expanding access to affordable homeownership.

The role requires strong problem-solving, data storytelling, and prioritization across multiple workstreams, partnering with Finance, Product, Marketing, Sales and the Office of Fair Lending to drive business decisions for Home Lending and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy and consulting
• Ability to structure and scope complex problems
• Excellent end-to-end problem solving and prioritization
• Strong written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration
• Interpersonal and influencing skills across levels
• Understanding barriers to homeownership for customers
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Travel up to 10% may be required

Responsibilities

• Establish a structured problem-solving framework for projects
• Create data-based strategic recommendations and engage stakeholders
• Build clear narratives to communicate recommendations
• Drive consensus on key business decisions across teams
