Qualifications

• Strong planning, financial and analytical skills to provide effective leadership for assigned areas.
• Strong management experience in healthcare administration with emphasis on management of ancillary services and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to represent the UC Irvine Enterprise to the external community.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to develop and implement programs and improve organizational performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary and strategic leadership for UC Irvine Health hospital operations functions.
• Oversee program planning and development, financial management, and capital equipment planning.
• Ensure compliance with UC policies and applicable regulations and standards.
• Lead enterprise-wide operational functions such as Environmental Services and Public Safety as assigned.
• Promote patient satisfaction and high-quality outcomes through continuous improvement.
