Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong planning, financial and analytical skills to provide effective leadership for assigned areas.
• Management experience in healthcare administration with emphasis on ancillary services and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Minimum 5 years’ executive leadership experience (Director or higher) in a healthcare setting.
• Minimum 10 years’ progressive management responsibility.
• Marketing knowledge and skills to successfully promote assigned programs and services.
• Ability to represent the UC Irvine Enterprise to the external community.
• Ability to cross departmental lines of management to organize, guide and direct the development, delivery and marketing of assigned programs and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary and strategic leadership for hospital operations to drive efficiency, quality outcomes, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee program planning and development, financial management, strategic planning, and policy implementation.
• Ensure compliance with UC policies and external regulations; coordinate enterprise-wide operational functions as assigned.
