UCI Health - Lakewood seeks a Chief Nursing Officer to lead nursing services, care management, and clinical operations. You will shape strategic, operating, and financial plans to fulfill UCI Health - Lakewood’s mission and ensure high-quality patient care across the facility.

The role requires executive leadership experience in nursing, strong planning and financial skills, and ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams within a major academic health system.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of Joint Commission and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrates ability to plan financially and lead nursing services.
• Experience in executive nursing leadership (Director or higher).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
