Qualifications

4+ years of operations leadership in residential or commercial field services.
Proven P&L ownership: you've managed a budget, hit a revenue target, and explained variance to leadership.
Sales DNA — you've sold, led sales teams, or both; cold calling and door-to-door experience is a genuine plus.
Track record of developing people — managers and hourly employees alike.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and hold accountable the Business Development Manager and Outside Sales team.
Set monthly and quarterly sales targets; own the revenue number.
Step in to demo, close, or recover a deal when the team needs backup.
Drive growth in recurring maintenance plan enrollment.
