Job summary

Amsive is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead manufacturing at the Greenville, SC facility. You will own plant output, labor cost, throughput, on-time delivery to the mail date, quality, and safety, with accountability for weekly numbers.

The role requires extensive leadership across multiple shifts, experience in print/direct mail or similar high-volume environments, and a strong track record in labor optimization. This is a full-time on-site position with potential for growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading production in high-volume manufacturing with direct accountability for labor cost and throughput.
• Strong track record of managing labor to standard and operating in a multi-shift environment.
• Experience developing managers and supervisors; Excel and manufacturing systems proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own labor cost per unit by staffing departments to established standards and monitoring daily performance.
• Manage overtime and temporary labor to balance cost control with production needs.
• Ensure on-time delivery by managing the production schedule from job release to completion.
• Lead safety, quality, and process improvements across shifts and departments.
