Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, SOX Governance to lead the global internal controls program and ensure compliance with SOX requirements. You will drive strategy, manage risk assessments, and coordinate with internal/external auditors across regions.

The role requires extensive expertise in SOX, governance, and cross-functional leadership, with a focus on improving control environments, policies, and procedures in a dynamic manufacturing and distribution setting.

Qualifikationen

• BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA, CIA or other relevant certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of SOX testing methodologies and COSO framework.

• Define and implement the global strategic direction of the Global Internal Controls and SOX Governance function.
• Lead SOX governance and internal controls initiatives across processes and regions.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT and business owners to design, update and streamline key controls.
