Job summary

Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. seeks a Senior Director, Controller (Foods Division) to oversee the financial reporting process, general ledger governance, and journal entry reviews for the Foods Division.

This role directs the division's accounts payable and accounts receivable functions and liaises with auditors for SOX and external reviews. The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, ensure GAAP compliance, manage internal controls, and collaborate with IT on general controls and automation

Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.
• Minimum 15 years accounting experience, including public accounting.
• Manufacturing/cost accounting background with standard cost system desired.
• Experience with quarterly and annual SEC filing activities.
• SAP experience and Big 4 background are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee governance, internal controls, and cost management across the Foods Division.
• Lead reporting to parent company for SEC filings and disclosures.
• Direct accounts payable and accounts receivable functions for the division.
