Job summary

Fresh Del Monte Produce Company seeks a Senior Director, Controller (Foods Division) to oversee the financial reporting process, GL governance, and balance sheet reconciliations. You will direct accounts payable and accounts receivable for the division and partner with auditors for SOX and SEC reporting.

The role requires CPA, 15+ years in accounting, and strong leadership in a global consumer products/food manufacturing context. MBA and SAP/BlackLine exp are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration is required.
• CPA license is required.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Senior accounting with public company experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting process and general ledger governance.
• Direct accounts payable and accounts receivable functions for the Foods Division.
• Coordinate with auditors for SOX, internal, and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and corporate policies.
• Lead cross-functional teams to improve controls and cost management.
