Cloudflare is seeking a Director of Global Design & Construction to lead our physical environment strategy across a global office portfolio. You will drive end-to-end design and construction of workspaces that embody Cloudflare’s culture while integrating an AI-first, data-driven approach.

The role combines high-level strategic vision with hands-on leadership, requiring 10–12+ years of experience and the ability to travel globally and work in-office several days per week.

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years leading interior design and complex construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the physical realization of Cloudflare’s global offices.
• Architect AI-enabled design and automation across project lifecycles.
• Oversee capital expenditure and budgeting.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, FP&A, and exec teams.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and sustainable standards.
• Lead change management and a design kit of parts.
