Job summary

Churchill Downs Incorporated is seeking an experienced Gaming Operations General Manager for Rosie's Hampton. You will lead gaming, hospitality, F&B, and ancillary operations, driving revenue, guest satisfaction, and regulatory compliance across the property.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong financial management, and proven leadership of large teams, with a focus on safety, integrity, and continuous improvement. Onsite role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• Minimum of ten years of progressive leadership experience in gaming, hospitality, or related industries.
• Ability to obtain and maintain racing and/or gaming licenses as required.
• Valid driver's license with access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for gaming, hospitality, food & beverage, and ancillary operations at Rosie's Hampton.
• Drive financial performance, regulatory compliance, guest satisfaction, and team engagement.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve financial and service objectives.
• Lead day-to-day operations through department leaders and ensure standards are met.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws, internal controls, and safety measures.
• Establish KPIs and operational metrics to evaluate performance and drive improvements.
