Job summary

Rosie’s Gaming Emporium – Hampton is seeking a General Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for gaming, hospitality, food and beverage, and related operations at the Hampton property. The role focuses on driving financial performance, guest satisfaction, and team engagement while aligning with Churchill Downs Incorporated’s standards and vision.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive leadership experience in gaming, hospitality, or related industries.
Prior experience as a Casino General Manager or equivalent senior leadership role.
Ability to obtain and maintain all racing/gaming licenses as required.

Responsibilities

Provide executive leadership for all operational functions at the property.
Ensure compliance with gaming laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve financial and guest service objectives.
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and guest loyalty while maintaining operational excellence.
Lead budgeting, forecasts, and capital expenditure planning.
