The DC Department of Human Services is seeking a visionary Family Services Administrator to lead five divisions and promote an end to homelessness. You will oversee 275 staff, manage a $500M budget, and collaborate with nonprofit partners to transform lives for adults, families, youth and children across the district.

Qualificações

• Degree in behavioral or social science or related disciplines appropriate to the position.
• Combination of education and experience providing knowledge of behavioral or social sciences.
• Four years of experience equivalent to a major in the field with specialized experience.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, direct, coordinate and administer a variety of comprehensive social service programs.
• Provide managerial leadership in policy and resource allocation within the DHS framework.
• Represent DHS on committees and develop strategic plans with goals and performance measures.
