Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Program planning, development, and implementation of in-home services for vulnerable families and children.
• Recruitment, training, and ongoing professional development of supervisors and administrators.
• Administration of over 100 staff with budget planning and quality improvement.
• Communication with local and state agencies, officials, clients and staff regarding operations.
• Secure ongoing professional development to meet standards of practice.
