Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the creation and delivery of learning and development programs.
• Lead professionals with technical knowledge to administer programs and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain and improve learning materials and documentation.
• Review course effectiveness and drive improvements based on evaluations.
• Ensure alignment with internal controls and external standards.
