Job summary

Responsibilities

• Design and develop all elements of learning and development programs to foster learning and growth for employees.
• Lead professionals with expert knowledge to administer programs and troubleshoot delivery issues.
• Oversee manuals, guides and course materials to support training efforts.
• Review course evaluations and metrics to identify program improvements.
• Ensure programs cover internal controls, external standards and regulatory needs.
• Train employees on general skills and competencies for advanced learning and admin tasks.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop management skills and implement leadership best practices.
