Easterseals New Hampshire, Inc. seeks a Vice President of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) to lead an enterprise-wide GRC program across a complex organization. You will develop strategy, standardize practices, and provide Board visibility into risks, mitigations, and compliance performance.

The role requires 10+ years in compliance/risk, strong COSO ERM knowledge, and collaboration with executives across functions to build an integrated, risk-based operating model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 10+ years in compliance, risk, governance or related discipline.
• Experience designing or maturing enterprise GRC programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation in regulated org.
• Ability to communicate with executives, boards and regulators.
• Familiarity with COSO ERM framework.
• Healthcare, nonprofit or government-funded experience preferred.
• Professional certification such as CCEP, CHC, CRISC or CGEIT preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with IT, cybersecurity, data governance and privacy risk preferred.

Responsabilités

• Establish and maintain the enterprise GRC framework and governance model.
• Design and implement formal enterprise risk management program.
• Oversee integrated governance, risk and compliance program.
• Translate strategy into prioritized roadmap with milestones.
• Establish monitoring, control testing and assurance activities.
• Develop risk indicators and dashboards for leadership.
• Promote risk-aware culture and change leadership.
• Prepare executive and Board risk reports.
• Lead organization-wide GRC leadership and partnerships.
