Job summary

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, or CPA.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible financial management experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of senior administrative leadership in a school district or public agency.
  • Preferred: experience with budgets exceeding $400 million and K-12 education.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the District's financial and operational functions.
  • Oversee Accounting, Budget, Payroll, Purchasing, Risk Management, Facilities & Support Services, Nutrition Services, and Technology Services.
  • Develop and manage budget, revenue, and long-range financial planning.
  • Serve as primary advisor to Superintendent/Board on financial matters and present to the Board.
  • Maintain internal controls, risk management, and compliance.
