Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Experience in human resources management, including employee benefits administration.
• Familiarity with GAAP and tax accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term financial planning and forecasting.
• Oversee annual operating and capital budgets with transparency and fiscal discipline.
• Partner with the Controller on daily operations, audits, benefits, retirement plans and investments.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage professional services relationships.
