Qualifications

• Must hold NYS SDBL or SBA certification.
• Minimum five years of senior district administration experience.
• Proven expertise in budgeting, auditing, and financial reporting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise Superintendent and Board on fiscal matters.
• Develop and monitor annual budget and long-range financial plan.
• Oversee accounting, payroll, purchasing, grants, audits, and financial reporting.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Present financial reports to Board and community.
• Lead district-wide safety, regulatory compliance, and operations.
