Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, distribution, operations, or related industries.
• 7+ years leading managers and senior leaders across multiple functional areas.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale operational, commercial, or business transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-functional organizations and influencing executive stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the President to develop and execute strategic priorities that support organizational growth.
• Translate enterprise strategies into actionable operational plans and measurable outcomes.
