Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Vice President, CSD Business Operations, to lead strategic and operational functions that enable performance, scalable growth, and customer excellence across CuraScript Specialty Distribution. You will report to the President of CSD and drive governance, data integrity, pricing, onboarding, and analytics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, distribution, operations, or related industries.
• 7+ years leading managers and senior leaders across multiple functional areas.
• Experience leading cross-functional organizations and influencing executive stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Experience within regulated healthcare distribution environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the President to develop strategic priorities and execute growth objectives.
• Translate enterprise strategies into actionable operational plans with measurable outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness, scalability, and competitive positioning.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on performance, risks, and strategic opportunities.
• Establish governance models and performance management practices that drive consistency and accountability.
• Lead enterprise-level initiatives focusing on process optimization, efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.
• Ensure resources and capabilities align to support objectives and customer commitments.
• Promote continuous improvement and disciplined execution across the organization.
• Provide executive-level reporting and insights to internal stakeholders.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and execution across operational, commercial, finance, and compliance teams.
• Oversee risk management and governance to meet regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Build leadership capability through talent development and succession planning.
