Job summary

Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company seeks a Managing Director for CuraScript Specialty Distribution Business Operations to lead pricing, data governance, contracts, onboarding, analytics, and governance across the end-to-end customer lifecycle.

This role partners with the President and executive team to translate strategy into scalable operating models, drive data-driven decisions, ensure data integrity, and deliver customer-centric growth in a highly regulated healthcare distribution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, distribution, operations, or related fields.
• 7+ years leading managers and senior leaders across multiple functional areas.
• Experience transforming large-scale operations and influencing executive stakeholders.
