Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years leadership in healthcare or specialty pharmacy distribution.
• 7+ years leading managers across multiple functions.
• Experience in pricing administration and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic priorities to drive growth.
• Translate strategies into actionable operational plans.
• Lead governance and operating frameworks across the organization.
• Oversee pricing administration, master data, and contract data governance.
