Job summary

The Cigna Group’s Evernorth division is seeking a Data Enablement & Reporting Analyst to translate complex healthcare data into actionable insights. This remote role collaborates with cross-functional partners to develop scalable reporting, dashboards, and data pipelines that support cost management and network strategy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare, financial, business, or data analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL including complex queries and data validation.
• Experience building reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver scalable reporting and dashboards for cost, utilization, provider performance, and network effectiveness.
• Enable data-driven decision making by transforming claims, provider, and operational data into insights.
• Design and optimize automated reporting processes, data pipelines, and analytics workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand priorities and deliver analytics aligned to goals.
• Advance reporting capabilities through automation, standardization, and best practices.
• Establish data governance, quality assurance, and validation processes for reporting outputs.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support leadership decisions.
• Share knowledge with analytics peers to improve tools and methodologies.
• Explore AI-enabled analytics and process automation opportunities.
