Job summary

AdventHealth seeks a Divisional Revenue Cycle Officer at the VP level to lead multi-state revenue cycle performance and financial stewardship across the division. This executive will work with divisional and system leaders to align initiatives with enterprise strategy and improve patient access, billing, and reimbursement processes.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and change management to drive performance in a complex, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience leading hospital finance or Revenue Cycle in a hospital/physician environment.
• HFMA membership or equivalent certification preferred; CHFP or similar certifications encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between divisional and system Revenue Cycle/Finance leadership to align operational standards with enterprise goals.
• Drive long-term revenue cycle vision within the corporate operating model during planning and budgeting cycles.
• Monitor KPI performance across front, middle, and back-end functions and lead improvement initiatives.
• Develop change management and communication strategies for deployment of Revenue Cycle initiatives across the division.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure division supports corporate strategies and regional needs.
