Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization’s affordable housing development strategy and maintain a multi-year development pipeline.
• Serve as the organizational lead for FHFC development activities and LIHTC programs.
• Oversee all phases of housing development: pre-development, design, construction, and transition to operations.
• Develop financing strategies, coordinate lenders, and manage budgets and cash flow.
• Build strategic partnerships with developers, lenders, and government agencies to expand portfolio.
