Kittle Property Group, Inc. seeks a Vice President – Development to lead affordable housing initiatives, focusing on 4% LIHTC and bond financing.

You will guide a team of Development Directors and a Director of Real Estate Closings & Entitlements, driving a scalable pipeline toward closing and compliance with budgets and schedules. The role requires strategic oversight, strong leadership, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners, including government agencies and housing

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in affordable housing.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to lead multiple directors.
• Ability to evaluate complex development opportunities and identify risks and opportunities.
• Travel – must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, motivate and develop all direct reports.
• Oversee development pipeline from opportunity to closing and permits.
• Establish expectations and performance standards for the development team.
• Maintain visibility into short- and long-term development pipelines and closings.
• Represent the company in state membership organizations and with government agencies.
