Job summary

Belron is seeking an Assistant Vice President, US Infrastructure & Operations to lead day-to-day operations across the United States. The role ensures secure, scalable, resilient, and high-performing technology services for a distributed hybrid workforce.

The AVP will own Service Desk Operations, Service Management, Digital Workplace, Cloud & Hosted Infrastructure, Network, Incident and Change Management, and legacy systems, translating regional strategy into measurable outcomes while

Qualifications

• Leads US Infrastructure & Operations leadership with focus on secure, scalable, resilient tech services.
• Translates regional strategy into delivered outcomes while ensuring uptime and continuity.
• Hands-on engineering leadership across network, cloud, data center, server/storage and endpoints.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery across US I&O functions including Cloud, Networking, Service Desk, Digital Workplace and Heritage Systems.
• Provide engineering leadership for design, implementation, lifecycle management of network, cloud, data center, servers and endpoints.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management including major incident response and RCA.
• Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement across infrastructure operations and tooling.
• Modernize legacy systems with cybersecurity alignment and disaster recovery planning.
• Lead a multi-site team of directors, managers, engineers and specialists; manage performance and on-call models.
• Represent US I&O in governance, metrics, vendor management and cross-functional planning to align with global standards.
